Chris Atkins is a retired public relations executive. He is an author, speaker and consultant. He maintains a blog on current events at http://chrisatkinspr.com. Chris and his wife, Lauren, were weekenders in Columbia County, NY for some 20 years, but moved fulltime to Hillsdale in December 2014. Chris volunteers at the Roe Jan Community Library, and serves on the Board of Directors of Friends of East Gate, a 501(c)3 whose mission is to rescue and restore the 100+ year old toll house on Rt. 23 in Hillsdale.
After three decades as a New York-based public relations executive, Lauren Letellier now lives in Hillsdale, where she is a writer, Hillsdale Town Historian, Roe Jan Library volunteer, on the Board of Directors of the Friends of East Gate, and the world’s oldest summer theater intern. Her autobiographical solo show THE FIERY SWORD OF JUSTICE traces the similarities between dysfunctional families and working in corporate America.
